Fitting Room Snaps

I am very much enjoying all the festivities around NSALE. Running into my friends and coworkers at Nordstrom, brunching at Downtown Vancouver and grabbing coffee and donuts after shopping. It’s just so much fun!

I went to the first day of Early Access in Vancouver last night and had some fitting room snaps to share with you guys. To be honest, by the end of the night the staff members weren’t even checking the Nordstrom credit cards and we roamed around easily.

I’ll update this post as I’ll head to Nordstrom more during the sale so be sure to come back and check!

I spotted this tee when I first browsed the sale and I put it on my list right away! It’s so cute with the red slogan. The tee is more of a fitted style – I sized up to a size S; I am usually s XS in Madewell tees. If you prefer fitted tees, take your normal size; otherwise, size up! The AG boyfriend jeans run true to size – I am wearing size 25. Though the jeans look much darker in person than on the website.

If you find Free People Saturday Morning Cardi out of your budget, this cardi is a really great substitute!! It’s very soft and super warm. I was sweating big time in the fitting room. The BP tee actually tuns smaller than their other tees. I am wearing size XS here but it was tight at my shoulder and back. I bought size S at the end.

I’ve been eyeing this Rails shirt for the longest time. It’s one of their classic plaid designs; so soft to touch! The shirt runs true to size so I’ve got a XS here. The jeans also runs true to size.

This simple white shirt is a winner! Shirts like this look good with classic skinny jeans or denim shorts in summer. Quick and easy! The shirt runs quite large; I’ve got a size XXS on. Unfortunately, I couldn’t bring this home last night because there was only one left at the store and it was defective. Darnnn, I’ll have to look at the website.

Same same but different. Similar to outfit number 2, I’m pairing jeans, striped tee and cardi together. I love using colors to dress for spring or summer when the weather doesn’t allow me running around in shorts. I sized up to S for the cardi just in case it shrinks after wash.

This jumpsuit has a very elegant shape that accentuates the waist. For reference, I am 5’2 and this jumpsuit is too long on me. I’d have to get it taken off 1-2 inches and take up at shoulder for half an inch. Though I really like the shape and the material, I don’t feel like getting it tailored. So I didn’t take this home.

For those of you that ask me about my phone case, it’s this one. Don’t forget to come back and check this post as I update! Happy shopping everyone. 🙂
