Everlane’s “Choose What You Pay” Sale

Guyssss, Everlane‘s wildly popular “Choose What You Pay” is back with 100+ of items! They’ve got so many goodies this time around including The Day Heel, tote, lots of tees and sweaters. If you see anything you like, run don’t walk!

If you don’t know what “Choose What You Pay” is, this is Everlane’s way of lowering prices for certain products. They choose the products, you choose the price, usually 10% t0 40% off. I’ve been following their sales for many years now and they really added a lot of good items this time. There are literally more than 100 items. THIS IS ESPECIALLY GOOD FOR US CANADIAN GALS. Being in Canada, we have to pay custom duties when we shop American websites. Shop Everlane’s sale is a great way to get quality clothes at a much lower price. I’ve gone through the list so you don’t have to. Here are the items that I adore:

SHOES:

The Day Heel in light coral patent: This will be the lowest price you see for Day Heel. These heels are super duper comfortable and they are such a comfortable way to elevate your outfit. Think an office summer party where you need to smile and be on your feet all day and night. These heels will save you from giving the death stare to your boss.

The Pointed Slide in black: I love slides. Have I said that enough? The fact that I can have shoes on in less than half a second is amazing. I personally think you need both black and white slides for summer. But Everlane only has the black on sale for The Point Slide so I’ll take that.

The Form Slide Sandal in wine and pale rose: I’d wear these when I want to quickly go out to get some bubble tea. If you have tanned skin, please please do get the pale rose sandal. They will look so darn good!

DRESS:

The Japanese GoWeave Sleeveless V-Neck Dress in white: I am on a white obsession this summer. I just want to take anything white home. This V-neck dress is so easy to dress up or down with a simple cardigan or denim jacket. It is a great piece to carry into autumn with thicker knits. It also doesn’t hurt that all three pairs of shoes I mentioned above go really well with this dress.

The Jean Shirt Dress: Can we really go through a summer without any shirt dress? One thing about shirt dress I really love is their versatility. On a trip with limited luggage space, they can both be a dress and a light coverup. I’d roll up the sleeves to my elbow for a sleeker look.

The Sleeveless V-Neck Flare Dress in black: If you are looking for a flattering, long-lasting and classic LBD, give this one a look. The A-line design is flattering on all body types! This dress is up to 30% off.

SHIRTS & SILK:

The Double-Lined Silk V-Neck Tank in white: Also a great piece for office wear. This silk top is double lined so you don’t have to worry about see through. A nude bra will do. A simple pairing with cardigans will make you look very put-together.

The Relaxed Silk Shirt: Casual wear! I love wearing silk in summer because they are light and airy. The striped shirt plus a pair of distressed denim, I am ready to go to the mall. Also, this one goes up to 40% off.

OUTERWEAR:

The Lightweight Puffer Jacket: Smart people like us buy winter outerwear in summer. This when you can spend much less to get the jacket that you know you WILL need in six months (though I refuse to think about that). Everlane’s lightweight puffer is so warm and light (as named). At 4.78 stars and 200+ reviews, you will be so ready for winter. The jacket is up to 30% off.

SWEATERS:

The Cashmere Crop V-Neck in 6 colours

The Waffle Knit Cashmere Square Crew

The Cashmere Crew in 3 colours (up to 40% off)

The Wool-Cashmere Square Crew (up to 30% off)

The Wool-Cashmere Waffle Square Crew (up to 30% off)

The Wool-Cashmere Cable Turtleneck

So many sweaters!!! I feel like I am in sweater heaven. Even the Cashmere Crew is now on sale, and up to 40% off! Everlane uses only grade A cashmere that is buttery soft. I can’t decide which sweater to get… can I just get one of each?

BOTTOMS:

The Pleated skirt: Ever since I bought a pleated skirt from Nordstrom last year, I’ve been hooked. I love the look of a pleated skirt. It’s formal, casual and feminine all at the same time. I wear them in both spring, summer and fall. When the weather is warm, I pair with simple tees. When the weather is chilly, I pair with chunky knits. I tuck in both tees and knits to emphasize my waistline so I don’t look bulky.

The Wide Leg Crop Pant: I’ve tried The Wide Leg Crop Pant myself and I’ll be honest that these are not petite-friendly. If you are taller though, please give them a try. They fit quite well and also are flattering on the bum (thanks back pockets!). This pant is up to 30% off.

TEES:

The Cotton V-Neck in red: Red is all the rage this summer. I got myself a red tee from Everlane a few weeks ago and it’s become a travel favourite! Red looks so good in photos and it’s also a great way to summerize your outfit!

The Square Mockneck Tee:  At first I wasn’t sure how I felt about this but after a few glances I think it will look good with denim shorts! The long sleeves are so needed for air-conditioned places. Up to 40% off!

BAGS:

I can’t talk about Everlane and not talk about their bags. This time around they added quite a selection from the Magazine tote to backpacks. If you are in the market for a new backpack, take a look at The Modern Commuter Backpack!

The Day Magazine Tote

The Modern Zip Backpack – Mini (less than $40!)
